Ladies, are you looking to strengthen your communication in marriage and life? I’m excited to invite you to our Marriage Book Club, where we’ll be reading and discussing With These Words: Five Communication Tools for Marriage and Life by Rob Flood.
What You Can Expect:
- A Safe, Non-Judgmental Space: This book club is a judgment-free zone where you can come as you are—whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or just wanting to grow. If you’ve ever been driven by fear in your marriage, or struggled with a false sense of peace from compartmentalizing your emotions, this is the perfect place for you.
- Weekly Book Discussions: We’ll meet once a week on Mondays at 7 p.m. EST on zoom, for about an hour to discuss each chapter, share insights, and explore how we can practically implement what we’re learning to strengthen our communication.
- Free Coaching: Each week, you’ll have the opportunity for free coaching to help you implement the tools from the book, whether it’s navigating communication challenges with your spouse, managing frustration, or learning when and how to communicate effectively without fear of sounding like you’re complaining.
- Real, Meaningful Growth: This group is designed to support you in becoming more emotionally controlled, learning how to communicate without the overwhelm of frustration or fear, and building stronger, more open dialogue with your spouse. No matter where you are in your journey, this group is for you.
- Duration: The book has 11 chapters, and our book club will run over 5 weeks.
